Happy Camper Birthday

July 9, 2013

Hello & welcome my fellow happy campers!
I have a birthday card to share with you that I've made for my father-in-law.

I just love this card by Dawn McVey.  She posted it here along with a bunch of other lovely cards for the kits over at Studio Calico this month.  I felt that it would make for a perfect layout to make this birthday card.  Thanks for the inspiration, Dawn!

One of my Father-in-Law's favorite places on this planet is Priest Lake, ID.  I know he just can't wait to take his granddaughter camping there.  Maybe this summer we can make this wish come true...  Until then, I hope he enjoys this campy style card.

I'm linking this over at CAS-ual Fridays & at the Birthday Linky Party over at Stacy's Stamping Stage.

Thanks so much for visiting!
I noticed that my visitor counter went over 1,000 today... yippee!!
It's just a mini-milestone on this wonderful blogging journey.

  3. Okay! This is MY FAVE! Love it, love it - Masculine, but does not hit you over the head as most cards seem when going for masculine.
