I am just so happy that I found some time to make another card for
the current challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays.

CFC107: Create a Clean And Simple project that features at least one arrow

 This card is for one of my nephews who has a birthday coming up this month.  I struggle every year when it comes time to make them cards.  Not just because it's a masculine card for a young teen, but because I think these guys are just the coolest and I really want to make them a card that they just might like.  I think this card has a good chance...

See that brad?  I did a little modification on that one to 'go' with the card.  After some thought, I chose a brad from one of my collections and removed the center design already there to make a blank canvas.  Then I stamped the 'go' from the Travel Girl stamp set, cut it out to fit the brad, adhered it to the brad, and then applied a good layer of glossy accents.  (hehe!)  I am just giddy over the results.

Father's Day in July

Hi-ya!  Can you believe it's the 1st of July?!?!  I can't.  Where did June go?  

I still have 1 more Father's Day card to share with you...  

This card was sent to my hubby's dad.  

I had fun playing with all the trendy arrow goodies.  

And lots of foam for plenty of layers!

Lucky me, it fits the current challenge over at CAS-ual Fridays.

Hello!

Here today to share a card for the  CAS-ual Fridays Challenge.  

I had so much fun playing last week that I had to join in again.  

Everyone is so friendly, creative, and supportive over at this challenge.

Thank you to everyone who left comments and visited my 'mapquest' cards.

I'm kind of racing to the finish line to get this linked up in time.

Only one good photo...  But, lots of fun goodies.

I'll edit in details about these goodies later today, 'cause I gotta run!

Okay, I'm back...  and supplies have been added below.

How about that badge?!?  If you know any bacon lovers, then you will want to check out some of Kelly Purkey's bacon themed supplies.  So fun!  They are hard to resist though.  Kind of like bacon. 

Overall, this was a super fun challenge.  I really like designs were elements hang off of the card front...  But, I struggle with the whole 'fitting in an envelope' thing.  Anyone else out there with this crafty OCD issue??  Well, I think I conquered my fear here and I had a great time doing it.  Now, I'm off to see the other fabulous cards entered this week.
